I started out in academia, earning a PhD in molecular biology and spending over a decade immersed in research, publishing, and teaching. I had the credentials and the career path. But still, something felt off. I was working hard, but I wasn’t moving forward in a way that felt fulfilling.
That’s when I took a leap into industry. I faced a new kind of learning curve. As a corporate recruiter, I worked with Biotech and Pharma leaders, helping them find top talent. I saw brilliant people struggling not because they lacked skills, but because they didn’t know how to translate them.
Eventually, I realised my calling wasn’t just about finding candidates. It was about helping people truly see their value. That’s when Passage2Pro was born. Coaching gave me a way to connect everything I’d learned, from both sides of the table and turn it into guidance that’s human, strategic, and honest.
